Who we are
This website, bondarforccsd.com, is operated by Bondar for CCSD School Board (“we” or “us”) for Michelle Bondar, a trustee of the Clarkstown Central School District Board of Education. It is Michelle’s personal website. It is not a Clarkstown Central School District website.
This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the school you list (if any), and your message. If you email Michelle directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested, and gives us aggregated traffic statistics, such as the total number of visits. We do not use any other analytics service, tracking script, or advertising tool.
All fonts and images on this website are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not send your information to Google or other font or image services.
How we use information
- To read and respond to your message.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your information. Sending a message through this site does not add you to any mailing, phone, or text message list.
Messages about District business
Email sent to Michelle’s District address (mbondar@ccsd.edu) is received and kept on Clarkstown Central School District systems and is handled under the District’s own policies. Messages sent through the contact form on this website are delivered to michelle@bondarforccsd.com.
Please do not send confidential information about individual students through this website. For questions about a specific student, contact your child’s school or the District directly.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run this website, and they receive information only as needed to provide their services:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website.
- Resend, which delivers contact form messages by email.
- Our email provider, which hosts the michelle@bondarforccsd.com mailbox.
We also share information when required by law or legal process, or with your permission.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse.
If you turn on any of the accessibility options, your choices are saved in your own browser so they stay in place on your next visit. That setting stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time by choosing “Reset all” in the accessibility options or by clearing your browser’s site data.

Children
